ELDERS & STAFF
Christ the Redeemer is an elder-led church as prescribed in scripture. Pastor Adam Harasansky is the lead teaching-elder while Jeff Marcum is the most recent lay-elder serving as the Music Ministry Director. We look forward to God bringing other godly men & women to serve in various future ministries here at Christ the Redeemer.

Adam Harasansky
ELDER, PASTOR OF PREACHING & TEACHING
Adam is the founding Elder of Christ the Redeemer Reformed Church, where he serves as the Pastor of Preaching and Teaching. He is a Navy veteran, a Biola graduate, a fitness enthusiast, and someone with a very eclectic taste in music. But still more than anything, after being saved by Jesus in 1996, Adam’s greatest love is making discoveries mining the unsearchable riches of God’s Word in Jesus Christ, and sharing those discoveries with others. He’s also a family man and homebody who enjoys the adventure and fun of being married to Briana and being the dad of Luke, Jaxon, Asher, and Harper.
Jeff Marcum
ELDER, DIRECTOR OF MUSIC MINISTRY
Jeff is a founding member. He is a Tucson native, and has been a follower of Christ since 1997. He leads the music at Christ the Redeemer Reformed Church with a focus on songs that glorify God. He is a skilled musician who curates a blend of traditional hymns and contemporary worship songs that align with the church’s reformed theology. Jeff's goal is to bring a blend of music that is congregational, God-centered, doctrinal and saturated with the gospel. His commitment to excellence in music is driven by his desire to see the church uplifted in song, united in adoration of Christ, and transformed by the truth of the gospel proclaimed through music. You might catch Jeff in town cruising in his Jurassic Park Jeep or spending quality time with his wife Melissa, daughter Addison, and son Easton.
